The program is aimed at young people up to age 25, with technical degrees in Mechatronics, Electrical engineering, Electronics, Chemical engineering Metalworking, among others.

This program is the key tool for the development of future experts, technicians & managers of Ternium. It focuses on the incorporation of professional graduates in the last three years of the best universities, which have a strong academic background and a wide adaptability to change.

The plan has a duration of four years, and is aimed at professionals up to 30 years of age who successfully met the Young professionals program. Semi-Senior professionals also participate with more than three years of experience who did not go through the Young professionals program and have equal seniority.
