Slabs
Semi-finished steel products with a rectangular cross-section produced by continuous casting. They are used as starting materials in rolling mills for the production of hot strip.
Billet
These semi finished products are derived via the continuous casting solidification process in solid square cross-sections. They are applied in hot rolling processing of long products. |
