Ternium Argentina Announces the Acquisition of TASA, Tubos Argentinos Sociedad Anónima

TASA is a service center focused on the manufacturing of structural and line pipes, profiles, API-standard pipes and, to a lesser extent, highway guardrails and profiles for solar panels. With annual sales of approximately 42,000 tons, the company operates industrial plants in El Talar, in the Province of Buenos Aires, and Justo Daract, in the Province of San Luis.

This investment reinforces Ternium’s commitment in Argentina to its value chain, enhancing competitiveness and strengthening the Company’s presence in the local market.
